    No. Privia Health is a membership program that provides access to advanced technology and enhanced services that are not covered by your insurance plan or Medicare. Your doctor will continue to bill you and/or your insurance or Medicare for any covered professional services provided to you.

  • How is my information kept secure?

    Your records are stored in state-of-the-art secure data centers that are designed to protect the country’s most sensitive data - with 24/7 surveillance, biometric locks, encrypted transmissions, multiple backups and redundancy systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and enterprise class firewalls.

  • Are my membership fees to Privia Health tax deductible?

    Your membership fees may be tax deductible if paid through a qualified Health Savings Account (HSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or other qualified plan. Consult your plan administrator and tax professional.

  • What if I change physicians and need to cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your membership at any time and receive a pro-rata refund of your membership fee. You can also change plans at any time.
